Type of employment: Part time job (20 hours: either 4h/daily or 3 days a week)
Tasks:
Secretarial Service
Responsible for providing secretarial service
- screens all incoming telephone calls and greets visitors
- drafts correspondence
- corresponds with bank, Ministry of Manpower, Register of Societies...
- handles filing, photocopying
- updates supplier lists and other files
- purchases office supplies and stationary
Administration/book keeping
Manages the administration of the office
- maintains records of all income and expenditures
- prepares cheque payments
- manages petty cash
- prepares the monthly documents for the accounting firm
- liaises with the accounting firm
Skills required:
- previous office experience
- good organisational skills and accuracy
- computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
- fluent in English
